The telephone ordering was really easy. The lady who took the call rang us back to confirm that the part could be obtained, she talked us through the ordering and payment process so we knew what to expect. She also explained that the delivery time wasn't known because of the coronavirus. Everything was straight forward, well explained and we felt really well treated, we sill be using the service again.

Excellent service - prompt delivery - cheaper product price then any competitor - product in excellent condition - staff excellent - overall 10/10 company. One high fire bar needed the day after delivery to replace one discovered broken that morning as expected. Similar product parts offered online including on eBay overpriced and one suspects not as professional a service as offered by this fine family run business. AM>
