I ordered the wrong ashbox initially. Customer services did a great job sorting it out. Cannot fault the service.

Having previously had experience of a poorly fitting deepened by bar this one is well fitting and has a good finish.

The 'Spindle Extension' is the size of a pen and extends the 'Thermostat Spindle' to the outside of the casing.  The 'Thermostat Knob' then fits to the end of the 'Spindle'.  No other known names for the 'Spindle Extension'.
