Excellent service , prompt response to emails . Very helpful. The fire bricks arrived in good condition and arrived within a couple of days . My only criticism would be the excessive packaging on the 2 litre fire cement and the additional carriage charge for that small item. Overall I would recommend the company.

The 'Spindle Extension' is the size of a pen and extends the 'Thermostat Spindle' to the outside of the casing. The 'Thermostat Knob' then fits to the end of the 'Spindle'. No other known names for the 'Spindle Extension'.
